Information you give us directly:

  • Your name and email address, collected when you complete our Intention Exploration

  • Your responses to the Intention Exploration questions — including what you are moving through, what you are calling in, your element, your word, your color preference, your talisman choice, and any additional notes you share

  • The personal reading generated from your responses

  • Your name, shipping address, and payment information when you place an order

  • Any messages you send us directly by email or through our contact form

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic website analytics — pages visited, time on site, device type, and general location (country/region). This is collected through Wix's built-in analytics and does not personally identify you

  • Cookies used by Wix to operate the website and remember preferences

Payment information: We do not store your credit card details. Payments are processed securely by Wix Payments or PayPal. We only receive confirmation that a payment was completed.

3. How we use your information

  • To create your custom mala — your Intention Exploration answers are used to select stones, choose your talisman, and write your personal packaging card

  • To match your exploration responses to your order when it comes through

  • To fulfill and ship your order and send you shipping confirmation

  • To respond to your messages and questions

  • To send you occasional updates about new offerings or seasonal collections, only if you have opted in

  • To improve our website and customer experience

We do not use your Intention Exploration answers for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond making your mala and providing you with a personal experience.

4. How your information is stored

Your name, email, Intention Exploration answers, and personal reading are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to us. Your order information is stored securely within Wix's platform. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access.

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and maintain our business records — typically no longer than three years, after which it is deleted.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the following service providers who help us operate our business:

  • Wix — our website and store platform

  • Anthropic — the AI service that generates your personal reading. Your Intention Exploration answers are sent to Anthropic's API to produce the reading. Anthropic does not store these responses beyond their standard data handling practices

  • Google — we use Google Sheets to store submissions and Google's email service for notifications to ourselves

  • UPS / USPS — your name and shipping address are shared only as needed to deliver your order

  • Payment processors — Wix Payments or PayPal, to process your payment securely

All service providers are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small files placed on your device — to operate properly and remember your preferences. These are managed by Wix. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.
