Made For You Malas is a custom handmade jewelry business based in Colorado. Our website is located at madeforyoumala.com. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Made For You Malas.

2. The Intention Exploration

Our Intention Exploration is a reflective questionnaire designed to help us understand your needs and create a mala aligned with your intention. By completing it you acknowledge:

  • The personal reading generated at the end is produced with the assistance of AI and is intended as a warm, reflective experience — not as medical, psychological, spiritual, or therapeutic advice

  • Your answers and reading are saved to our private records so we can match them to your order

  • Completing the Intention Exploration does not constitute a purchase or binding commitment of any kind

3. Custom made-to-order products

Every mala sold by Made For You Malas is custom made by hand after your order is placed. Nothing is pre-made or held in inventory. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your mala will be made specifically for you based on your Intention Exploration answers

  • Standard making and shipping time is 2–3 weeks from the date of your order

  • Natural gemstones vary in color, pattern, tone, and texture — this is part of their beauty and is not a defect

  • Slight variations from any photographs shown are inherent to handmade, natural-stone pieces

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though the price at the time of your order will always be honored

  • Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase

  • We accept payment via Wix Payments and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely

  • Sales tax may be applied where required by law

5. Shipping

  • We ship within the United States only at this time

  • A flat shipping rate applies to all orders

  • Delivery timeframes after shipping are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier

6. Returns and refunds

  • Because every mala is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We stand fully behind our craftsmanship:

  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

  • Construction defect: If your mala has a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of delivery under normal wear, we will repair it at no cost

  • Natural stone variation: Color, pattern, and tonal differences in natural gemstones are not defects and are not grounds for return

  • If you have a concern about your order, please contact us before leaving a review. We are a small, one-person business and we genuinely want you to feel held by what you receive.

7. Intellectual property

  • All content on this website — including text, photographs, quiz copy, and the Intention Exploration experience — is the intellectual property of Made For You Malas. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

  • Our products are handmade artisan items sold for personal use and meaningful enjoyment. We make no medical, therapeutic, spiritual, or metaphysical claims about the properties of any gemstone, talisman, or mala.   • Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond those expressly stated in these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made For You Malas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
